Food Business Management is fifth department in B. Tech. (Food Technology). There are 09 subjects of 22 credits including theory & practical’s credit load (13+09)

Food Business Management Department deals with marketing aspects of food products with finance and entrepreneurship development.

The Food Business Management Department prepares students for a wide array of positions within the broad food industry. It covers the core business fundamentals and combines them with a solid foundation in food science. Business topics include accounting, marketing, operations, and management.

The Food Business Management specialization draws on the strength in food and biproducts to provide an experience that will elevate students career potential in an industry that affects every human being.
